Gain the right skills to make the most of your ZCC solution's rich functionality. You and your staff will be more efficient and productive after an in-depth training course at our training center in Irvine, California.

Our focus is to 'train the trainers', so that they can help everybody else make the most of their ZCC solution.

Each trainee works with their own dedicated ZCC server, and classes are small with a maximum of eight participants. Everybody can complete the exercises at their own pace and in the style that best suits them.

We provide users with the hands-on knowledge and skills that will make a real difference back in their organization. The enhanced training programs have been designed with the trainees' needs in mind and incorporate a wide range of practical 'learning by doing' activities.

  • Trainees are offered the right blend of theory, discussion and exercises, plus as much practical hands-on time as possible, to achieve the best learning outcomes.
  • Partipants get a complete set of workbooks, assessment tests and support resources for each course module.
  • Valuable input by Zeacom training instructors who have the right product knowledge and experience to add value to the training program

Zeacom Administration Foundation Course 

  • The three-day Administration Foundation course is integral to administrating the Zeacom system. The course is designed to give you an in-depth knowledge of basic  ZCC administration encompassing both the contact center and voice messaging functionality.

 

Zeacom Installation Foundation Certification

  • The Installation Certification track is designed to make a new installer self-sufficient. This track starts with the most basic of installations (administration and installation of a basic contact center and voice messaging site) and progressively gets harder until the installer can handle advanced modules (e.g. web chat, IVR, etc).

Not far from where the 55 meets the 405 in Orange County, in sunny southern California. Our Irvine office is 5 minutes by cab from John Wayne Airport, and between 40-60 minutes (depending on the I405 traffic) from LAX. There are plenty of hotels within easy reach of the office.

Irvine is home to our North American support operation and training center, as well as US headquarters. If you are visiting us here for training or on business, stay awhile and enjoy the area. Southern California boasts, not just the outdoors, with Newport beach, and Laguna beach 20 minutes away, you will also find some of the best shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. And for thrill seekers, Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm are within easy reach.

  • Nearest airport: John Wayne International (SNA) - 5 minutes or Los Angeles International (LAX) - 60 minutes.
  • Link to nearest recommended accommodation – Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the office, however as is always the case in California, a rental car is often the easiest way to get around.
