Human Resources Director

Catherine leads Zeacom’s HR and talent development strategy, responsible for building culture and shared values across a growing team of 150 plus people in four international markets. 

Catherine joined Zeacom in 2007 and has over 12 years HR experience in the telecommunications, banking and education industries.

She began her HR career in recruitment with ASB Bank, honed her employment relations and HR consulting skills at AUT; which promotes a multi-cultural study and work philosophy, and helped drive the HR aspects of the Yellow Pages Group separation and sale from Telecom New Zealand.

Catherine holds a Social Sciences degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Waikato. Outside work Catherine is kept busy with family and enjoys keeping fit including a recent new interest and participation in road cycling.
