A history of innovation. Established in 1994, we employ more than 180 people dedicated to developing and supporting our products. They are based in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Our products. We cover three specialized areas – multimedia contact center, business process automation and plugins for unified communications. The user-friendliness of our products ensures that people can quickly master the features and functionality they need for better performance. 

Global reach. Our solutions are used by more than 4,000 customers in over 30 countries. In total, around 300,000 people use our technology every day to bring their customers closer. 

World-class partners. We partner with Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, NEC and other leading technology and application providers. In most cases, implementing Zeacom doesn’t require any new hardware.

 

Meet our Leadership Team

Zeacom is led by CEO Miles Valentine, who founded Zeacom in 1994. Miles is supported by a senior management team of recognized industry experts who work together to keep Zeacom at the forefront of contact center, unified communications and business process automation solutions.
