- Check your staff's activity levels - Presence Reporting enables you to assess your employees presence and whereabouts, and lets you better manage any problem areas.
- Always get hold of colleagues - Request return notification of another Presence user. This activates a screenpop that notifies you automatically when the person you wish to speak returns to their desk.
- Automatically avoid incorrect Presence information - If a user’s current profile is ‘forwarded’ (i.e., the user’s phone is diverted to voice messaging or the mobile) and they return to their desk, their presence is detected. Desktop pops a reminder to the user to update their Profile (e.g. change it to 'In the Office'), and they will receive calls at their desk again.
