Sales and Distribution overview
Zeacom was established in 1994 and has some 2800 contact center and Unified Communications customers across 25 countries, supported from offices based in New Zealand, Australia, the USA and the UK.
The Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) solution is sold through authorized reseller channels across most parts of the English speaking world, including some countries within Asia (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore).
The ZCC solution currently runs on NEC, Avaya and Cisco communication platforms, and is compatible with Microsoft OCS. Depending upon the country and distribution arrangements with these companies, the ZCC solution is sold either as a co-branded or over-branded solution, according to the specific local sales environment. NEC sells ZCC as NEC Unified Communiations for Business (UCB)
Zeacom has extensive primary and secondary reseller relationships, ranging from substantial international providers such as NEC and its resellers to small country based providers who may also sell other telephony and infrastructure products and solutions. In practice, most resellers offer a level of first line customer support services. By arrangement, Zeacom provides additional support agreements to resellers and customers.
Service Expectations and Quality Assurance
All resellers must meet Zeacom's exacting standards in respect to the sales process, customer service and customer support, and have to comply with our due diligence processes.
The ZCC solutions require an eye for detail and professional service, and in order for a reseller to provide support and installation services they are required to acquire certification relevant to each software release. Zeacom's high expectations are justified through our exceptional track record of retaining long term and loyal customers.
